Hej guys!
Today I have a Lot of thing to do… I have to do list What I write in the evening. I want to wake up at 7 but Now it’s 9AM and I think my alarm clock was not ringing, but it is okay Because I have a more energy now and I had great sleep so my muscles was regenerate💪
So today I want to:
- Eat healthy
- Go out with my dog
- Find exercisec for my workout
- Go to the gym (today I have back and biceps)
- Clean my room
- Read at least 1 capture of “How to be a badass”
- Write some ideas for articles
- Find something interesting About Indonesia (I am searching About this planet, This 2 weeks I am learning About Asia)
- Count how much protein I eat
- Find good lights in my room, Because I have dark room and I Sometimes I want to take some pictures of my outfit
- So that is probably all. I hope You do something good for yourself too and if you don’t have plan I think you should do care of yourself.
