3.8.2018 plan

Hej guys!

Today I have a Lot of thing to do… I have to do list What I write in the evening. I want to wake up at 7 but Now it’s 9AM and I think my alarm clock was not ringing, but it is okay Because I have a more energy now and I had great sleep so my muscles was regenerate💪

So today I want to:

  • Eat healthy
  • Go out with my dog
  • Find exercisec for my workout
  • Go to the gym (today I have back and biceps)
  • Clean my room
  • Read at least 1 capture of “How to be a badass”
  • Write some ideas for articles
  • Find something interesting About Indonesia (I am searching About this planet, This 2 weeks I am learning About Asia)
  • Count how much protein I eat
  • Find good lights in my room, Because I have dark room and I Sometimes I want to take some pictures of my outfit
  • So that is probably all. I hope You do something good for yourself too and if you don’t have plan I think you should do care of yourself.
